Memory Verse; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God  Romans 3:23

Catch Up Day, Ps 128

And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.  St. Francis of Assisi

Jesus, this day we pray for the elderly in the state of the mind slipping away.  We lift up the families and caregivers also.  The sorrow of seeing and hearing the slipping away of them is a very hard emotion to face.  But Jesus, we are steadfast in prayer to You and we are strong in giving Your Love to them.  Comfort them this day Jesus. Amen (PrayersCross)

Catch Up Day, Ps 127

Every child lives up to the expectation you have for him.

KEVIN LEMAN

Most Gracious Father, There is nothing we need that You do not fulfill. You use many vessels, yet fill all in all. Open our eyes so we do not exalt Your means over Your blessings. And if we have taken confidence in anything less than You, give us grace to see it along with the determination to commit our desires to You. Be the one true Lord of our hearts. Amen.  (Adah Hutchcraft)

Memory Verse; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God  Romans 3:23

Malachi 3:6-4:6, Ps 126

Love the poor and love poverty, for it is by such love that we become truly poor. As the Scripture says, we become like the things we love. If you love the poor you will share their poverty and be poor like them. If you love the poor be often with them. Be glad to see them in your own home and to visit with them in theirs. Be glad to talk to them and be pleased to have them near you in church, on the street, and elsewhere. Be poor in conversing with them and speak to them as their companions do, but be rich in assisting them by sharing some of your more abundant goods with them. Francis De Sales

Lord, turn our praises into hands that clothe the naked, arms that comfort the afflicted, tables that host the stranger, and shoulders that support the weary so that your name may be praised by those who live and die with their backs against the wall. Amen.  (Commonprayer.net)

Memory Verse; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God  Romans 3:23

Malachi 1-3:5, Ps 125

God does not want obedience as the fruit of our willful determination. God wants surrender as the choice of the heart. For what we long for in our heart we will pursue with the totality of our being not simply with the resolve of our will. David G. Benner

Father; I am sick of the garment of sin and shame I cling to.  Clothe me in Christ’s righteousness that it be for my good and Your glory!  When will I learn the overwhelming problems of life are motivation to cling to you! The tears and laughter are for Your Glory and Honor!  To God be the Glory and Honor forever and ever! Amen (REM)

The internal mission of the Bible is to transform the nature of humanity.  That's why unbelievers know it's a dangerous text. Rosaria Butterfield

Lord, we pray for humility of mind to discern you in our visions and our dreams. We pray for wisdom to know what to do with your revelations. We pray for innocence to trust that you are walking with us. Amen. (Commonprayer.net)

Memory Verse; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God  Romans 3:23

Zech 9-11, Ps 123

Genesis begins with one brother murdering another, and ends with one brother forgiving the brothers who would’ve had him killed and sold him into slavery. The Book of Genesis and the whole Bible is a story moving from sin and death to forgiveness and resurrection.   Griffin Gulledge

Father, forgive them for know not what they do.

Memory Verse; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God  Romans 3:23

Zech 7-8, Ps 122

You will realize that doctrines are inventions of the human mind, as it tried to penetrate the mystery of God. You will realize that Scripture itself is the work of human minds, recording the example and teaching of Jesus. Thus it is not what you believe that matters; it is how you respond with your heart and your actions. It is not believing in Christ that matters; it is becoming like him.  Pelagius

Our Gracious God, You spoke through Your prophet Jeremiah that the way of mortals is not in themselves, and that it is not in humanity who walks to direct our own steps. Yet in Christ we are a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. You have not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control. And we need this, because You have called us to love You with all your heart, soul and might. Since we have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer we who live, but Christ Who lives in us. And the life we now live in the flesh we live by faith in the Son of God, Who loved us and gave Himself for us. So we will draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. You promise that as we draw near to You, You will draw near to us. Even so may we cleanse our hands of sin and purify our hearts of all double-mindedness by Your grace. In the Name of Christ, amen. (Adah Hutchcraft)
