Father God, my feelings and emotions have been troubling me. Thank you for giving them to me as indications of things I can bring to you in prayer. I pray that as we work through these issues and fears together, you will restore me back to wholeness so I can rejoice in you even when I don't feel like doing so. Please show me if anything that I have done is causing my soul to be downcast. Fill me with the light of your Spirit so I can arise from this state of gloominess. Teach me to cast every care upon you. Fill me with your joy and peace.
