Our Gracious Father, We desire to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus at all times. Let us not be moved by the unrest around us. Strengthen us to resist becoming entangled in sins which deceptively promise temporary ease and relief. May we turn to You alone for comfort and refuge as citizens of Heaven. Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, we can be filled with gratitude, and worship You acceptably with reverence and awe. You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You.
