Advent is a time to prepare our hearts for Christmas. Let the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, counsel and of might, knowledge and fear of the Lord, be with us and direct us during this special season of celebration for the gift that Jesus is. Help us to understand and obey you by listening and paying attention to the Holy Spirit’s presence in us as believers and followers of Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
