Memory Verse:For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:21

Read: Paul seems to have been unable to perform healing miracles at the end of his ministry.  The evidence for this would be the workers who helped Paul but who are mentioned as being sick, namely, Epaphroditus, Philippians 2:25ff.; Timothy, 1 Timothy 5:23; and Trophimus, 2 Timothy 4:20.  These are men Paul failed to heal, though it would have been to Paul’s advantage to have healed them.

Come, Holy Spirit. Renew in me the gift of reverence so that I may express my awe at your greatness in my thoughts, words, and actions.
