Father, thank you for giving us joy! Oh help us to experience it all day
long. Let us face the day and choose to focus on whatever brings a
smile to our face, and ignore the other stuff. We want a good life Lord,
help us to choose it! For You say, "This is a sacred day before our Lord.
Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength"

weights makes us physically stronger; each person, thing, or event that
