Loneliness is everywhere—many people feel cut off and alienated from others. Being in a crowd just makes people more aware of their isolation. Lonely people don’t need to hear “Have a nice day.” They need friends who will stick close, listen, care, and offer help when it is needed—in good times and bad. It is better to have one such friend than dozens of superficial acquaintances. Instead of wishing you could find a true friend, seek to become one. If you look around, you’ll find people who need your friendship. Ask God to reveal them to you, and then take on the challenge of being a true friend, like Jesus!
Jesus, in a time right now we pray a total focus on Your desire for us to share You with all. The enemy is on a huge distraction whim to divert attention to fear. This is not Your will nor Your desire. We bow to You, we kneel in Your Presence and we pray, that all we cross paths with today, feel Your Truth, Strength and oh Yes....Your LOVE!!!
