PRAY FOR ELBERT COUNTY CHURCHES!

Agust 12-14 2016 Elbert Christian Church is celebrating 100 years of God's Grace through the Generations.  To prepare the church is spending the next two week to pray for the churches of Elbert County.  You are welcome to Join us.  Beginning tomorow at Noon to August 12th at noon.  Asking all who are able to take one hour a week on same day, for next two weeks and pray.  This is a guide for you to pray for others and no other reason.  If an hour is too much for you, pray how much time  you can, and when you can.  Some prayer is always better than no prayer.

For revival to happen it must begin with me.  Ask, yourself,

In what areas do I need help from others?

How’s my attitude been lately, Lord?

In what area’s do I need to improve?

How am I doing in my marriage?

How are my devotional times?  Boring or Rote?

Are there areas in my life that need renewal?

Agate

Agate Community Church

The reason revelation is such an important book for us today is it teaches us about our life-and-death struggle to remain truly connected to God and the choices before us.  Scazzero, Peter. Emotionally Healthy Spirituality: Unleash a Revolution in Your Life in Christ. Nashville, TN: Integrity, 2006. Print. Pg 40

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20 NASB

Please pray for Agate Community Church, that they will open the door to Christ,
that they may be a greater witness to Agate.

The poor and marginalized, the lonely and emotionally deprived, the abused and oppressed need to know who they are; persons loved by God, valued in their uniqueness, and called to live in the power of this love and to convey it to others.

Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper [o]suitable for him.” Genesis 2:18

Elbert County is rampant with deliberate isolation, that no longer cares about self or neighbor.  Pray, we may learn to love our neighbor as Christ has loved us.

Pray God would bless Pastor Hawker and HIs Family.

When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners [d]so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. Matthew 6:5,6

Remember and give thanks for Elbert Christian Church, all the gifts the Father has brought us through the Love of brothers and sisters that attend.

Bring also to God the harder feeling we may have for our brothers and sisters of Elbert Christian Church. Help us forgive any hurt real or imagined (name) Has caused us and forgive any hurt real or imagined we may have a cause (name).

"Prayer does not fit us for the greater work; prayer is the greater work." Oswald Chambers.

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen.

Elbert Presbyterian Church

Paul and Silas were teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ when a servant girl, controlled by an evil spirit, began following them. Paul cast the evil spirit out of her. However, her owners accused Paul and Silas of wrongdoing…so they were severely beaten and thrown into prison in chains with the worst criminals. Yet Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to God! Then an earthquake shook the dungeon and the chains dropped from everyone’s arms and legs. The prison doors swung open. As a result, the jailer and his household put their faith in Christ.

Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening. Acts 16:25

It isn’t natural to pray and sing to God when you endure hardship. Recently in Orlando, Florida alone, Christian artist Christina Grimmie was brutally murdered, and then 49 more people died in the largest mass shooting in United States history. Yet God’s Spirit has been revealed through the darkness as people have reached out with prayer, comfort and acts of kindness. Many are praising God in the midst of their pain.

Pray for Pastor Jim Emich for spiritual nourishment to feed His flock.  For his health and well being.

When severe trial comes to your life, pray and praise God in a determined demonstration of your faith…and continue to pray for the families of all of those victimized by violence in Orlando and elsewhere in America.

Pray for Presbyterian’s Children’s Outreach and Sunday School.

Pray for Presbyterian’s Church’s unity & strength.

Elbert Women’s Bible Study

Jesus tells us to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19 NIV). Does it say, go and make disciples of some nations? No. All nations. Does that include Syria? Yes. Does that include North Korea? Yes. Does that include Iran? Yes. No nation is off limits. As Christians, we report to a higher authority – Jesus Christ. I’m not a politician; I’m a pastor. If Iran opens the door, I’m going. There is no place I won’t go. I’d go into hell if I could bring people out with me. There is no place I would not go.

Pray for Eva Spence and all who attend the Bible study, would take the good news of Jesus to everyone they encounter.

If the whole world needs Jesus, then we have to share the Good News. To keep it a secret would be criminal. If you knew the cure for a dreaded disease – like cancer or AIDS – and you didn’t share it, that would be criminal. We have something better than that. We know the cure for the human heart. We know the cure for the deepest needs of mankind. We need our past forgiven, a purpose for living, and a home in heaven – we need Jesus.

Pray that every lady has renewed passion and love for Jesus and his message.

Fellowship of Christian Cowboys

Life is not about the acquisition of things. It’s not about achievement. It’s not about popularity. It’s about learning how to love. If you miss that, you miss the lesson of life. God is love. And he says the most important thing is to love him. The second most important thing is in Mark 12: “The second most important commandment is to love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31 NLT).
So who is our neighbor? That’s not a new question. It was asked right after Jesus said this. That’s when Jesus told the story of the Good Samaritan. The short answer is everybody is your neighbor. There is nobody you’re allowed to not love on this earth.

Pray for Buddy Strachan and the Leadership to be good samaritan’s to Elbert County, to love the unlovely!

That means you’re to love the unlovely, those who are different, difficult – and even dangerous. You’re supposed to love everyone.
It’s easy to love people who agree with you. It’s easy to love people who are cool. And it’s easy to love people who are safe. But God says that he wants you to take it even further. He says we’re to love even our enemies (Luke 6:35).

Pray for Buddy his family and everyone in fellowship with them to be protected by God’s might hand and the supernatural ability to love everyone!

In 2015, just after the Paris terrorist attacks, the Harvard Institute of Politics conducted a poll in which they asked “millennials” (those aged 18 to 29) whether they believed additional American troops were needed to fight the Islamic State. Sixty percent said “yes.” And then came the follow-up question: “Would you be willing to join the military?” Eighty-five percent said “no.” In other words, most young people who acknowledge that someone will have to fight to protect their freedoms insist that someone else should do it.

Pray Calvary Chapel will be able to disciple the younger generations to expand the Kingdom of God and it’s Freedoms.

This isn’t the attitude Mary the mother of Jesus had. When an angel came and told her she was going to give birth to the Savior – although the risks to her in almost every respect were profound – she said, “I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me…”

Pray for Pastor Nevieling and the Leadership of Calvary Chapel to be the servants of the Lord and to do your work.

Tomorrow, you may be called to sacrifice for your Lord or for your nation. Today, you are called to pray. Don’t count on someone else to do it – for this is what God has for you! Lift up President Obama, your congressional leaders, and your fellow citizens…that they may live with courage and the conviction of God’s truth.

Pray the people of Elbert County may live with courage and the conviction of God’s truth.

Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Church

Give credit where credit is due” is a saying that goes back to the late eighteenth century; however, it may have originated with the Bible. Romans 13:7 says, “Pay to all what is owed to them…honor to whom honor is owed.” In other words, if someone deserves praise, then give it.

Pray for Father Bob Newberry and Mary Pimental, the administrative assistant.   To give and receive praise to those in their congregation that it is due.

Giving Credit where credit is due.  That is exactly what the Queen of Sheba did when she met Solomon. After hearing of his riches and great wisdom, the queen came to see for herself and was more than impressed. “Your wisdom and prosperity surpass the report that I heard.” (I Kings 10:7) The queen showed wisdom herself when she chose not to praise Solomon, but the God who created him. It’s easy to become star struck by the accomplishments of those around you…but always consider the source. All good things come from the Lord!

Pray that Our Lady of Visitation will accomplish; the Mission of the Church is to “continue the works of Jesus Christ, to evangelize the Good News, and to make His name “known and loved” through intentional discipleship.

Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church

Nothing on earth will last forever – no business, government, or nation. But the Church will.

Jesus said in Matthew 16:18: “I will build my church and all the powers of hell will not conquer it” (NLT).

Pray Christ our Savior conquer spiritual and physical enemies that are holding it back from the mission God has for them.

A thousand years from today, there probably will be no United States of America. No nation lasts forever – no empire lasts forever. Where’s the Roman Empire today? Where’s the Greek Empire? A thousand years from today, there probably won’t be a Microsoft. A thousand years from today, even many of our good Christian organizations will be gone. Nothing man-made lasts. Nothing but the Church.

I’ll give my entire life to serve the Church

Pray for Christ our Savior a renewed commitment to the local Church.

If we’re all going to live together forever, we better get along. It’s not enough just to love God. You must love the Church – despite all of our differences. The Bible says Christ died for the Church, the whole Church, anyone who has made Jesus Lord of his or her life.

Love is more important than personal differences in the family of God. Love is more important than political differences. We need to love our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Pray the brothers and sisters of Elbert County Love one another.

 Creekside Bible Church

You’re enjoying the dinner party when, all of the sudden, a person introduces themselves to you and follows with a barrage of “what do you do” questions. The goal is clearly not to get to know who you are – but to determine if your perceived worth is valuable to their professional network. It’s hardly charming.
The Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, “Who are you?”John 1:19

When John the Baptist began teaching about the coming Messiah, he gathered a large following, rousing the attention of the Jewish religious leaders who had immense wealth and held great power over the people. Like the rude party guest, they quickly set out to determine if they could use John’s work to further their goals. John humbly answered that his purpose was to point their attention toward the Son of God, Jesus Christ. His message was simple, and he delivered it with clarity – but it didn’t much benefit the Jewish leaders and their aspirations.

Pray for Pastor Small and the Leadership of Creekside to point others toward the Song of God.

Today, pray for America’s leaders to be surrounded with John-like people willing to boldly and clearly direct them to Jesus. Then ask the Lord to prepare you for the next time someone comes to you with “what do you do” questions so you can answer with who you are in Christ instead.

Strengthen Creekside to share who they are in Christ.  Pray they be a John the Baptist in Elbert County Preparing the way for the Lord.

Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church

Our Lord Jesus Christ, He did what others could not do. He gave up His sinless life, tasted death in our place and made propitiation for our sins. He stood in the ultimate gap, shedding His blood once and for all to atone for our sins. Now seated at the right hand of the Father, the writer of Hebrews tells us, "He ever lives to make intercession for us." Because of what He has already done, we can join Him to intercede for others. We can stand in the gap not from the position of helpless, hopeless sinners, but as kings and priests unto the Lord.

Pray EMBC draw closer that ever before to the Lord.

Pray for those in EMBC circle of influence; who are helpless, hopeless and sinners, present the message of the Gospel clearly.

Faith Baptist Church

There was a reason that Jesus’ disciples changed Joseph’s name to Barnabas. He was the encourager, a discerner of spiritual potential in others. Considered an apostle of Christ, “He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith.” (Acts 11:24) His character models how you should live your Christian life.

He exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose. Acts 11:23
Barnabas was generous; he is introduced in Scripture as caring for the needy, selling property and laying the money at the apostle’s feet (Acts 4:37). When the disciples were afraid to meet with Saul/Paul, Barnabas brought him before them and secured his acceptance (Acts 9:27). When Paul saw failure in John Mark, it was Barnabas who supported the young man who later was an author of record in the Bible (Acts 15:39). A worthy peer, Barnabas traveled many miles with Paul, boldly proclaiming the Word of God and salvation through Christ. Both remained faithful to the end.

Pray for the congregation of Faith Baptist; for the interim pastor to provide leadership and stability in the time of transition.  Pray, for the congregation to find a new pastor.

Where do you stand in your daily walk with God? Are you stingy in the giving of your time or talents, quick to note failure in others, or meek in your testimony? Be encouraged to remain faithful to the Lord and to walk with godly integrity, interceding for this nation’s leaders that they might do the same.

Pray that the members of Faith Baptist grow in their daily walk with Jesus!

Harvest Bible Church

The late Derek Prince (1915-2003) was born in India to a British military family. He became a Greek, Latin, Hebrew and Aramaic scholar at Eton College, Cambridge University (England) and Hebrew University (Israel). After an encounter with Jesus Christ, Prince devoted his life to the study and teaching of God's Word. His 1973 book, Shaping History through Prayer and Fasting, awakened believers worldwide to our biblical duty to pray for our nation's leaders:

Please pray for Harvest Bible Church Elizabeth we are experiencing a season of God's grace. Pray, that may continue.  Pastor Jim Kimbriel has been at the church now for a little over one year.  Pray for lengthy pastorate at Harvest Bible Church that wins many souls. I take delight in the fact that God is raising up men who are wanting to disciple other men.  Pray for workers for the harvest.

Intercession is one of the most profound and powerful ministries available to a Christian. To "intercede" means literally to "come in between." The intercessor "comes in between" two persons: God, and those who justly deserve God's wrath. Intercession pleads for mercy, not justice. "Yet mercy triumphs over judgment" (Jas. 2:13); "Mercy smiles in the face of judgment" (Phillips).

Please pray for protection from the enemy. Please pray for all of us to be faithful to our dying breath. Pray that we might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Pray that we walk in a manner worthy of the gospel and pleasing to God.

In Numbers 16:46-48 Aaron provides a vivid picture of the intercessor. The congregation of Israel had sinned by rebellion against their leaders, and God sent judgment upon them in the form of a plague that was taking the lives of thousands. Moses told Aaron (the high priest): "Take a censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly into the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the Lord; the plague is begun."
Aaron put the incense into his censer and ran out into the midst of the congregation. There he took his stand between those who had already been smitten by the plague and those who had not. The fragrant smoke ascending from the censer, as Aaron swung it to and fro, formed a line to divide between the two groups. "He stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed."

The smoke of the incense typifies "the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man" (Jas. 5:16). Where intercession took effect, the plague ceased. Judgment ended and mercy began.

In Exodus 32:7-14 it is Moses who provides the picture of the intercessor. Israel had fallen into idolatry by worshipping a golden calf. God told Moses what the people had done and said, "Now therefore let Me alone, that My wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them…" However, Moses refused to "let [God] alone." Instead, he reminded God of His covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Israel, and pleaded for mercy. As a result, "the Lord repented of the evil which He thought to do unto His people."
In Exodus 32:31-32 Moses renews his intercession on behalf of Israel: "And Moses returned unto the Lord, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin…Yet now, if Thou wilt forgive their sin -- ; and if not, blot me, I pray Thee, out of Thy book which Thou has written."
Here is the heart of an intercessor laid bare: Moses was willing to take upon himself the consequence that was due by justice to the sin of Israel.

May Americans be moved to notice and consider our nation's powerful motto; “In God we trust.” May it reach minds and hearts and be a constant reminder to men, women, boys and girls to look up! Amid the grave troubles of our hour, may Americans be moved to put their trust in the God of the Bible, Our Creator, and the Lord, Jesus Christ! (Ps 20:7; 37:3-11; 118:8-17; 125:1; Pr 3:5; 1 Cor 2:12-14 ).

Elbert County deliverance from the sin of Independence from God

Majestic Valley Church

Jesus also said: “According to your faith it will be done unto you” (Matthew 9:29 NIV). You know what the implication is? God’s waiting on you. God is waiting for you to trust him. God wants to use you. He wants to bless you. He wants to do amazing things in your life. He wants you to be a world changer. You just need to stop saying, “I can’t.” That’s a lie. All things are possible to him who believes God. God gets the most glory when we trust him for the impossible.

Pray for Pastor Ric and Billie for God’s blessing and peace.  Open Doors for Majestic Valley, to do things only God can do, to God be the glory!
Pray for a mighty harvest.

Pine Crest Community Church

we started reading from Derek Prince (1915-2003), the late international Bible teacher, Semitic language scholar and lover of Israel, in his article, "What is an intercessor?" Here is the rest:
God delights to show mercy, but is reluctant to administer judgment. Therefore, in each situation where judgment is due, God looks for an intercessor who can hold back the judgment. Isaiah 59:1-16 gives a detailed and fearful list of the sins of God's people, but the climax to it all comes in verse 16: "And He [God] saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor…"

The fact that there was not even one person to intercede actually caused wonderment to the heart of God. Apparently, this grieved Him more than all the sins previously listed.

Pray God may raise up in Pine Crest; an army of intercessor for Elbert County.  If there is already intercessor present, pray for their strength and connection to God!

Let us ponder this statement: "there was no intercessor" (Isaiah 59:1-16). Is the same true today? Many to criticize, to complain, to condemn, but no one to intercede. Judgment, although long due, may still be averted, but - where is the intercessor?

Intercede for Pinecrest, to have the ability to continue their generous service to their community.  Pray for their protection and provision.

Ezekiel 22:23-31 presents another picture of God's people in desperate spiritual need. Every section of the community had been corrupted -- prophets, priests, princes, and the people as a whole. But even so the situation was not altogether hopeless. God declared that final judgment might yet be averted if He could find one man to intercede: " And I sought for a man among them, that he should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”

Pine Crest part of Northwest Elbert County has experienced much corruption form burglaries, to grow operations and suicide.  Pray for God’s redemption and cleansing of sin.

Son Country Community Church

Once again, the climax is contained in the last words: "...but I found none.” EZ 22:31 One man of the right caliber could have averted the final disaster, but not even one was to be found. As a result, God could no longer withhold the full outpouring of judgment: "Therefore [because there was no intercessor] have I poured out Mine indignation upon them…"

Pray for Son Country for God to raise up a man or woman to stand in the gap for their community.

In this passage, the ministry of intercession is presented in two aspects. The intercessor "stands in the gap"; he interposes himself in the breach made by the sin of God's people, thus holding back judgment. But he also "makes up the hedge" by calling God's people back to repentance and obedience he rebuilds their spiritual defenses.

Rebuild or strengthen Son Countries spiritual defenses.  Lord, bring a time of repentance and obedience to that community that times of refreshing may come.

United Church of Christ

If people are to see Jesus is our churches, we need to increase the servants, not the crowds.  Often Jesus is obscured in the crowds.  He is seen among servants. Wayne Cordero

Pray for Pastor Ackerman and the congregation to continue to grow into the servants God has Called them to be.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,

Pray the Christians of the United Church of Christ and we would throw off everything that hinders our walk with Christ.  Holy Spirit make aware of sin that entangles us.  Give perseverance the race you have marked out for us.

United Methodist Church Elizabeth

You tend to base your decisions on one of four motivations in life: circumstances, conveniences, criticisms, or convictions. Yet only decisions that are based on your convictions will last and leave a lasting legacy.

The people who have made the greatest impact on this world, for good or bad, are those who had the deepest convictions. They weren’t necessarily the smartest people, the brightest people, the most educated, the wealthiest, or even the most famous.  Rick Warren

Pray for Pastor Todd, the staff and leadership a growing conviction of God’s message and courage to proclaim it.

If you’re going to build convictions, you need to build them on something that’s going to last. Everything changes. Fads change, fashions change. Psychology changes. Even science textbooks change. We keep learning more and more. There’s only one thing that never changes. That is the truth of God. If it was true a thousand years ago, it will be true today and it will be true a thousand years from tomorrow because truth does not change…

Pray for a renewed commitment to the truth of God found in scripture for all believers.

The Bible says this in Isaiah 40:8: “The grass withers, and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever” (NLT).

Pray for a spirit of repentance for all of Elbert County from the neglect of God’s word.

Word of Grace

It’s not about me. It’s not about you. It’s not about profit, politics, or anything else. It’s all about God. Until you understand that, life and ministry are never going to make sense. In Romans 11, the Bible says, “For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory” (Romans 11:36 NLT).
What’s the implication of that?
Pray for Pastor Wayne and His leadership; in their new location would glorify God, in all they do, say and think.

If it’s all about God, and it’s not all about making money or being popular, or anything else the world thinks is important, then the implication is that it is more important to love God than anything else. It’s my very first priority. Jesus said in Matthew 22:37-38, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment” (NIV).

Pray Word of Grace that lives our a message for their community that it is all about God’s love.

Holy Spirit open the eyes of Elbert County that only love for God must be first.

Kiowa

Elbert County Men’s Fellowship

I believe this with all my heart. It’s a fait accompli. It’s done. It’s finished. There’s no doubt. I’ve read the final chapter. The Bible tells us how it’s going to end. One day, God’s going to wrap it all up here on earth and he’s going to take his children who’ve trusted him to heaven for ever and ever. In Matthew 24 the Bible says, “The Good News about God’s Kingdom will be preached in all the world to every nation, to every people group, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14 ICB). It’s a certainty.

Pray for Dan Garret and those who attend for a renewed zeal and a greater commitment than even before.

Prayer is not so much an act as it is an attitude -- an attitude of dependency, dependency upon God."
- Arthur Pink

Pray for the fellowship which is seeking to establish jesuscares.com Ground wire ministries directed by-Shawn Dunn.  That they would be a lifeline to the broken and hurting millennials’ of Elbert County

Kiowa Creek Community Church

"There is not in the world a kind of life more sweet and delightful that that of a continual conversation with God."
- Brother Lawrence
Pray Pastor Jim and the Kiowa Creek Church be a community that is in continual conversation with God.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Ephesians 6:10,11

Make Kiowa Creek strong in the Lord, and make his power visible in the life of the Church.  Help them take a stand against the devil’s schemes.

Majestic View Church

The first step in understanding the Bible is asking God to help us. We should read prayerfully.

Pray for Pastor John Smith to anoint him powerfully as he prepares his sermons.  Deepen his prayer life so his Bible exposition is full of understanding.

Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Ephesians 6;12-17

Pray the leadership and staff of Majestic View put’s one the full armor of God and can withstand Satan’s attacks.

The Youth Pastor Nathan Smith is doing a powerful job of discipling the youth and leading them to evangelize others.  Pray for him and his family. For his protection, workers for the field and an infilling of Holy Spirit so he may share the gospel.

Save The Cowboy

Prayer is sitting calmly in God’s lap and placing our hands in his steering wheel. He handles the speed and ensures safe arrival.

Pray for Kevin Weatherby and his family, for their safety and health.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.  Ephesians 6:18

We asked Kevin how we can pray for your unity as the church?  His reply; Honestly, I don't think there can be unity in our churches until there is unity among our churches. I will join you in prayer that we can continue our individual missions AND be of one body in Christ.  So pray the churches in Elbert County become one body in Christ.

Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. Ephesians 6:19,20

We asked if there was anyone who we could pray for salvation?  His wife’s uncle.
What sin does Elbert County need to be set free from?
Politics...I feel that Christianity has become a talking point on the political platform.

Peyton

Peyton Cowboy Church

Pray for Pastor Dave Shumpert’s family for their health and well-being.

He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Luke 10:2

We are a family here at Cowboy Church sharing in each other's joys and sorrows and supporting each other in our walk with Jesus Christ and the events of daily living. The most important desire of our heart is to see you come to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.   Pray for these two endeavors for the Cowboy Church

Simla

Simla United Methodist Church

Our prayers may be awkward. Our attempts may be feeble. But since the power of prayer is the one who hears it and not in the one who says it, our prayers do make a difference.

Pray for a revivals in size and strength of Simla United Methodist Church

Liberty Baptist Church

The hinges on the door to our prayer closets have grown rusty due to underuse.

Pray for Liberty Baptist Church to fiercely the freedom we have in Christ.  To evangelize the community of Simla.

Colorado Springs

Radiant Assembly of God Church
